A private road leads directly to the house, with free parking available. For those in need, electric car charging is offered for a small fee. During your stay, you’ll find breakfast provided for the first 2-3 days, allowing you to settle in with ease. For other meals, you can prepare them independently in the fully equipped kitchen, designed for comfortable cooking. Inside the house, you’ll also find a detailed guidebook with instructions on using the property, along with recommendations for local shops in Palagano and the best nearby restaurants. Everything you need for a seamless and enjoyable stay is at your fingertips!

You’ll rest in the first-floor bedroom, featuring a cozy double bed and a single bed. For younger guests, the sofa can be used as a comfortable sleeping space for children up to 4-5 years old. Thoughtfully designed, the room ensures a peaceful night’s sleep for everyone in your group.

During the summer months, the sofa bed in the living room can accommodate two additional guests, with each guest contributing 10 euros per night. This flexible option ensures extra space and comfort for your group during the warmer season.

In winter, the house is warmed by a charming wood-burning heating system, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. In the bathroom, you’ll find an electric heating panel that can be turned on once the boiler has heated the water. To ensure safety and prevent overload, we’ve installed an automatic system, offering you both comfort and peace of mind during your stay.
